The Friends of the St. Clair River and the Binational Public Advisory Council meet approximately quarterly. Meetings are not scheduled on a regular basis but to coincide with events, milestones and/or significant dates. In addition, task-based technical committees meet regularly to deal with implementation activities for contaminated sediments, habitat and other activities as necessary.

Examples of activities which Friends/BPAC have been involved with in the past include Eco days, St. Clair River Week, Envirofest, River Day, St. Clair River photo and youth contests, Environment Achievement Recognition Awards, conferences and ongoing outreach through information pamphlets, outdoor signs and group presentations.

Let us know if you would like a speaker to present information on the St. Clair River to your group. Contact Ken Hall for more information.
